Broken on Purpose

The series of brooches and rings made of old dishes. Every piece is unique because breaking a ceramic cup or a plate is relatively chance-based process.

After selecting a nice pattern and shape the potential brooches and rings (the cup ears) got polished, edges colored, and a brooch holder attached.
